Open Air Restaurant in Lahore

A special five-course Sunday lunch for members of Friends of Pittville at the East India Cafe.  10% of the cost will be donated to us as their local charity.

Here is the delicious menu for the day.

A round hollow puri, masala chickpeas, baby potato, tamarind & birds eye chilli pickling water

Sustainably caught salmon mousse, carom seeds, gremolata, sweet potato

Apple wood smoked wood pigeon cutlet, cucumber & mustard salad

Diced Lamb, East India Cafe mix masala curry, with dall, kachumber & Afghani pilaf

Lal Mohan with chilli chocolate truffle, ginger and lemongrass chai

The cost of the meal is £29.95 a head, with drinks and tips to your own account.

The Café will be open from 12.00 with the lunch beginning at 12.30. In the interval there will be some wonderful entertainment, written, as at our evening event in 2015, by John Simpson.

The restaurant was recently shortlisted for the Taste of Gloucestershire Food and Farming Awards and appears in 3rd place in the TripAdvisor rankings for Cheltenham restaurants.
